919 Lacrosse - Private Lessons Request Form


Welcome to the 919 Lacrosse Association!




Please fill out the following 919 Lacrosse Association - Private Lessons Request Form if you are interested in Individual or Small Group training for your child.   No fee is required to complete the form.   Reasonable fees are collected at the beginning of any reserved field session. 


You will be notified by  email from a 919 Lacrosse Association Coaching Staff member regarding the request based on the player position, skill level, and field position.  Arrangements will be made between the coaches, parent(s), and child regarding location, date/time, training goals, and fee during the follow-up correspondence.  There is no limit to the amount of training requested and received provided that a coach is available.   Players that agree to a date/time and do not show up without prior notification are ineligible for future training.

Are you interested Private Lessons for your son?  Our experienced coaching staff is available to provide the most personalized training for your son, regardless of the field position they play and level of experience.  Please fill out the 919 Lacrosse - Private Lessons Request Form and we will be in touch with a coach that meets the needs of your request. 


The 919 Lacrosse Association Coaching Staff is composed of:

  • Area adult coaches who have played collegiate lacrosse throughout the U.S. as well as successfully coached high school and competitive travel/national teams. 
  • Division 1, 2, 3, and club collegiate players who have trained at an elite level and use their training experiences to coach youth and high school players individually, within camps and leagues, as well as on travel/national teams.
  • High school varsity players who have trained at an advanced level as part of travel/national teams and enjoy mentoring young players.
